Charter days in Dubai live and die on the kerb-to-pontoon handover. We pick guests at their hotel or terminal, walk luggage through the marina gate at DMYC, Pier 7, Mina Rashid or Port Rashid, and hand them to the crew at the passerelle — and we stage the cars again for the end-of-day return on the AIS-monitored ETA, not the booked one.
Provisioning is the second job. A V-Class swallows a full Spinneys or Waitrose run with the rear seats flat, and we coordinate with the chief stewardess so chilled bags go straight to the galley before guest boarding. Crew rotations between the marina, the airport and crew housing run on a monthly subscription for resident yachts, hourly for visiting charters.

Yes. Tell us the planned drop-off marina and ETA — we stage the vehicle 30 minutes before, the chauffeur monitors the AIS feed, and we re-stage if the captain delays. No waiting charges for the first hour past ETA.
We are a transport company — onboard hostess is the charter operator's remit. We do however coordinate with the broker for guest welcome packs in the cars (water, towels, the day's itinerary).
