Chauffeurr is the consumer brand of Al Rwad Limousine LLC, a Dubai-registered limousine operator holding trade licence 578599 and RTA regulated to provide chauffeur-driven transport across the emirate. Our office is at 305F Ibn Battuta Gate Offices, Ibn Battuta Street, Jebel Ali First, Dubai. Every vehicle on the road under our name is commercially insured for passenger transport, and every chauffeur holds an RTA-regulated chauffeur permit rather than a private licence.

We built the company around a single complaint we kept hearing from residents and business travellers: the price changes. Ride-hailing surges at 02:00 and during events, taxis run a meter you cannot forecast, and traditional limousine companies quote in person and add extras afterwards. Chauffeurr quotes a fixed fare before you travel, and that fare already contains fuel, Salik and Darb tolls, parking, waiting time and the chauffeur's hours.

Chauffeurs are employed, not gig-dispatched. They are background-checked, trained on airport meet-and-greet procedure and passenger discretion, and briefed on each booking — flight number, terminal, child-seat requirement, preferred cabin temperature — before leaving the depot. That is also why we can guarantee the same driver on monthly contracts and arrange named cover for their leave days.

The operation runs 24 hours a day across all seven emirates plus Al Ain, Hatta and cross-border transfers to Muscat, serving private clients, hotels and concierge desks, family offices, event planners, travel agencies and corporate accounts on Net-30 invoicing.
