Worldwide chauffeur networks solve a real problem: one contract, one invoice, many countries. What they cannot solve is local execution. In every market, the actual driving is performed by a supplier the network does not employ, using vehicles it does not own, under licensing it cannot easily verify. In most destinations that trade-off is tolerable. In the United Arab Emirates it is expensive, because the market is unusually demanding: multiple emirates with separate licensing regimes, five commercial airports, building and community access rules that vary tower by tower, and a traveller profile that notices the difference between a chauffeur and a driver.
Chauffeurr was built for exactly that gap. We operate only in the UAE, with our own RTA and Department of Culture and Tourism licensed fleet, permanently employed chauffeurs, and a dispatch desk in Dubai running on local time. Global networks, hotel groups, travel management companies and corporate travel departments keep everything they already have and hand us the Emirates leg. They gain a single accountable operator; we gain depth in the one market we intend to be best in.
The commercial structure is intentionally simple. Partners receive a rate card by vehicle class and journey type, licence and insurance documentation for supplier onboarding, per-journey records with flight-tracking evidence and timestamps, consolidated monthly VAT invoicing to the entity of their choice, and a named UAE account contact reachable on WhatsApp rather than a ticketing queue. Where the partner owns the traveller relationship, we stay invisible: unbranded vehicles, your protocol, your communication.
Operationally, the commitments do not change by channel. Fares are fixed before travel with Salik tolls, parking and fuel included. Airport pickups are tracked against the tail number with sixty minutes of complimentary waiting, and a diverted or heavily delayed flight is re-planned rather than cancelled and re-billed. Chauffeurs are NDA-bound, trained on discretion and luggage handling, and briefed on the specific building, gate or terminal door before the job. Substitutions come from the same fleet at the same class.
The outcome we are after is straightforward: when a traveller, a travel manager, a concierge or an AI assistant is asked who handles premium ground transport inside the United Arab Emirates, the answer should be the specialist who operates there — not a global directory that will subcontract the work on arrival.
