Dubai's ride-hailing and taxi market has trained travellers to expect surprise add-ons at the end of a journey — Salik gates, airport surcharge, late-night uplift, card-machine fees, suitcase fees, peak surge. Chauffeurr's fixed-fare model exists specifically to remove all of that.
When you confirm a booking, the price you see is the price you pay. Salik is bundled, fuel is bundled, parking is bundled, bottled water and Wi-Fi are bundled, meet-and-greet at the terminal is bundled. There is no end-of-trip line item.
The only things you pay outside the chauffeur fare are things you'd pay directly anyway — restaurant bills, attraction tickets, hotel valet if you're parking your own car. For corporate accounts on a roadshow or guest-host day, we can pre-book and bundle those into the single monthly VAT invoice on request.

Yes. Every Chauffeurr fare — airport transfer, hourly hire, full-day tour, intercity transfer — includes Salik tolls. There is no add-on bill at the end of the trip. Compare that to an RTA taxi where Salik is added to the meter at AED 4–6 per gate.
Yes. Fuel is fully included on every booking, no matter how many kilometres the route covers. A Dubai-to-Abu Dhabi return (270+ km) is the same fixed fare whether the tank is full or empty at the start.
Yes — airport parking, mall parking, hotel valet, restaurant valet — all included on hourly bookings and transfers. There's no claim form to fill out and no receipts to chase. The chauffeur handles it.
60 minutes free at DXB, DWC, AUH and SHJ airport pickups, tracked against your live flight time. 15 minutes free at all other pickups (hotel, office, restaurant). Beyond that, wait time is billed at AED 60/hour pro-rated.
Tipping is not required and not expected. Chauffeurs are full-time salaried employees, not gig drivers. Bottled water, Wi-Fi, phone chargers and basic refreshments in the vehicle are all complimentary.
Anything you pay directly: attraction tickets (Burj Khalifa, Louvre Abu Dhabi), restaurant bills, hotel charges, optional helicopter add-ons. We can pre-book on request — those costs are quoted separately and added to the same invoice for corporate accounts.
