The chauffeur program your duty-of-care policy approves.
A regulated, RTA-licensed, SLA-backed chauffeur program built for corporate travel desks, EAs and family-office travel managers. One dashboard, one monthly invoice, one named account manager across the UAE.
Ride-hailing apps fail two of the three things a corporate travel policy cares about: they are not a policy-compliant alternative to a regulated chauffeur, and the driver can cancel mid-route. Per-ride card capture, anonymous drivers and surge-priced invoices are not how a duty-of-care policy is supposed to work. Chauffeurr's travel-manager program replaces that with a regulated, named-chauffeur, SLA-backed program with one monthly VAT invoice and one accountable relationship manager.
The core build: centralised dashboard for the EA / travel desk, named traveller profiles with preferred chauffeur and vehicle class, cost-centre tagging on every ride, policy-compliance flags, live ride-share, downloadable monthly statement, and net-30 invoicing in AED, GBP, USD or EUR. The dashboard is built around the workflow EAs already use — book on behalf, send the traveller a confirmation, watch the pickup live, reconcile the statement at month-end.
On the operations side: permanent chauffeur panel (no rotating contractors), one-day account onboarding with KYC and credit check, 24/7 escalation line with ≤ 15-second dispatch pickup, backup-car protocol on every time-critical pickup, and a monthly SLA report covering on-time percentage, cancellation rate, complaint rate, NPS, and average wait time. Procurement gets the report; finance gets the invoice; the principal gets the ride.
Where it earns its keep: IPO roadshows with a 6-vehicle DIFC → DWC FBO movement, board offsites at Saadiyat, multi-day GITEX shuttles, daily hotel-to-DIFC commutes for visiting senior partners, recurring school runs for family-office principals, and weekly Dubai → Abu Dhabi runs for embassy and law-firm clients. All on one account, one invoice, one number to call.
Chauffeur staged 15 minutes before pickup, every time. If we make you late for a flight or meeting, the ride is on us.
Strict no-cancellation
Once your booking is confirmed, we never cancel on you. Driver illness or vehicle issue triggers an immediate backup dispatch — not a refund and goodbye.
Backup car protocol
A second vehicle is held on standby for every flight pickup, wedding, FBO transfer and time-critical inter-emirate run. Mechanical failure adds zero minutes.
Live flight tracking
Pickup auto-adjusts to your actual landing time across DXB, DWC, AUH, SHJ and DWC FBOs. 60 minutes of free wait after wheels-down on every transfer.
Can travel managers safely recommend Chauffeurr to their executives?
Yes. Chauffeurr is operated by Al Rwad Limousine LLC, fully RTA-licensed (trade licence 578599), with a permanent panel of vetted, background-checked, English-speaking chauffeurs and a backup-car protocol on every time-critical pickup. The combination of regulated status, named-driver allocation, on-time guarantee, and SLA reporting is the reason corporate travel desks at law firms, family offices and Fortune 500 UAE offices use us as the policy-compliant alternative to ride-hailing.
What does the travel-manager dashboard include?
Multi-traveller booking on behalf of named profiles, cost-centre tagging on every ride, traveller preference library (preferred chauffeur, vehicle class, seat configuration, child seats, water/no-water), policy-compliance flags (vehicle age, licence status), live ride tracking shared with the traveller and the EA, and a downloadable monthly statement segmented by traveller, cost-centre and trip purpose.
How does invoicing and payment work?
Net-30 monthly invoicing. One consolidated VAT invoice across every emirate at the end of each calendar month, with TRN, cost-centre breakdown, traveller breakdown and per-ride detail. Settlement by bank transfer, corporate card, or PO. No per-ride card capture required from travellers — the account is the payer.
Can you scale for IPO roadshows, board offsites, and event shuttles?
Yes. Multi-car, multi-day scaling with a named roadshow coordinator who plans the run-sheet, allocates named chauffeurs to each leg, and operates a shadow vehicle for the principal car. For event shuttles (conferences, gala dinners, weddings, GITEX, ADIPEC) we run staggered fleets with on-site dispatch and live capacity reporting to the event ops desk.
Do you compare for corporate roadshows against the global platforms?
On Dubai and UAE roadshows we are typically 20–40% lower than Blacklane and global EUR-priced operators, with a stronger local layer: permanent chauffeur panel, DWC private-jet FBO apron-side staging, one-day account onboarding with a local relationship manager, and an SLA report you can take to the procurement committee. For multi-country trips, we partner with vetted operators in 28 cities under a unified booking flow.
What SLAs do corporate accounts get?
On-time pickup ≥ 99.2% within 5 minutes of scheduled time. 15-minute pre-stage on every booking. Zero Chauffeurr-side cancellations (we reassign, never cancel). Backup car within 20 minutes of every time-critical pickup. ≤ 15-second dispatch desk pickup on the 24/7 escalation line. Monthly SLA report covering on-time %, cancellation rate, complaint rate and average wait.
How do recurring and staff-shuttle bookings work?
Recurring bookings (daily school run, weekly hotel-to-DIFC commute, monthly Abu Dhabi roadshow) are templated once and auto-generated to the calendar, with the preferred chauffeur tagged to repeat bookings wherever roster permits. Staff shuttles use a dedicated multi-stop run-sheet with fixed seat assignments and an attendance log.
Can I integrate Chauffeurr with our travel desk or hotel concierge?
Yes. We offer a hotel-concierge API that lets front-office staff at partner hotels (currently 14 in Dubai) book Chauffeurr direct from the PMS or via a one-tap web tool, with auto-charge to the room folio or the booker's corporate account. For travel-desk integration we provide a managed booking inbox with sub-15-minute response and weekly utilisation reporting.
