For every confirmed booking — airport pickup, board meeting, wedding, FBO transfer, inter-emirate run — the assigned chauffeur is staged at the pickup point 15 minutes before your scheduled time. If we make you late for a flight you would otherwise have caught, or a meeting that started without you because we were late, the ride is on us and we cover the resulting cost up to AED 1,000 for retail bookings and per the SLA on corporate accounts.
Once your booking is confirmed, Chauffeurr does not cancel it back to you. If the originally-assigned chauffeur becomes unavailable (illness, vehicle issue, traffic incident on the way) the dispatch desk reassigns instantly from the standby pool — you get a new chauffeur and vehicle, not a refund email at 4am. The original booking ID, fixed fare and meet-and-greet window all carry over.
For every flight pickup, wedding, private-jet FBO transfer, and time-critical inter-emirate run, a second vehicle of the same class is held within 20 minutes of the pickup point during the service window. If the primary car has a mechanical issue or accident en-route, the backup is already moving before the dispatcher finishes the call. You experience a normal pickup with no audible disruption.
Every airport booking includes live flight tracking using your flight number. The chauffeur's ETA is recalculated automatically against your actual landing time across DXB, DWC, AUH, SHJ, and the DWC private-jet FBO. We hold 60 minutes of free wait after wheels-down (90 minutes for international long-haul). For private jets we coordinate apron-side staging with the FBO based on AIS / ADS-B tracking.
T-90 min: confirmation with chauffeur photo, name, vehicle, plate and live tracking link. T-15 min: 'chauffeur on site' alert by SMS and WhatsApp. Any traffic delay greater than 8 minutes triggers a proactive notification with the new ETA and recommended action — we do not wait for you to ask.
