Most Dubai wedding planners hand the transport question off too late, and the couple ends up paying premium last-minute rates for a fleet that doesn't match. Build the plan in three layers and book everything as one account.
Layer 1 — the day-of cars. Bridal S-Class or 7 Series with ribbon. Groom car (often an Escalade). 1–2 Escalades or V-Class for parents and immediate family. Booked as full-day 10-hour charters from morning prep through to reception send-off, with the same chauffeurs all day.
Layer 2 — guest shuttles. If the venue is far from the hotel block (Ritz-Carlton JBR to Burj Al Arab is 25 minutes), a V-Class shuttle that loops between hotel and venue from 5–8pm is more elegant than scattering guests into taxis. Layer 3 — arrivals. International family lands across 2–3 days; bundle every pickup into a single Net-30 corporate invoice rather than juggling per-trip cards.

Book 4–8 weeks ahead for an S-Class or 7 Series bridal car, and 8–12 weeks for V-Class guest shuttles or an Escalade convoy. November to March is peak wedding season in Dubai — popular dates (Friday and Saturday evenings) sell out the premium fleet quickly.
A full-day (10-hour) booking includes the vehicle, a uniformed chauffeur in black tie, complimentary white ribbon decoration on the bridal car, bottled water, Wi-Fi, fuel, Salik, parking and unlimited mileage within the UAE. Floral arrangements beyond the standard ribbon are quoted separately.
