How far in advance should I book wedding cars in Dubai?
Book 4–8 weeks ahead for an S-Class or 7 Series bridal car, and 8–12 weeks for V-Class guest shuttles or an Escalade convoy. November to March is peak wedding season in Dubai — popular dates (Friday and Saturday evenings) sell out the premium fleet quickly.
What's included in a Dubai wedding car booking?
A full-day (10-hour) booking includes the vehicle, a uniformed chauffeur in black tie, complimentary white ribbon decoration on the bridal car, bottled water, Wi-Fi, fuel, Salik, parking and unlimited mileage within the UAE. Floral arrangements beyond the standard ribbon are quoted separately.
How much does a wedding limousine cost in Dubai?
Mercedes S-Class for 10 hours starts at AED 2,800. BMW 7 Series at AED 2,600. Cadillac Escalade at AED 3,500. Mercedes V-Class for 7 guests at AED 3,200. Most Dubai weddings book a fleet of 3–5 vehicles — bridal car + groom car + 1–2 guest shuttles + airport pickups for international guests.
Can the same chauffeur stay with us all evening?
Yes — a wedding booking is a full-day hourly charter (10-hour minimum). The chauffeur is on hold for you the entire time. There is no surge if your reception runs late; we agree extension hours at the same rate.
Do you handle guest airport pickups around the wedding?
Yes. Most Dubai weddings include 5–20 international guest arrivals at DXB across 2–3 days. We coordinate the full schedule against flight numbers, with meet-and-greet at the terminal and direct drop at the wedding hotel. Single invoice, no per-trip card hassle for the couple.
Can you provide a convoy for the bridal procession?
Yes. Common convoy is 1× S-Class for the bride and groom, 2× Escalades for immediate family, 2× V-Class for bridal party — all matched in colour (black or white). Lead-car and ribbon coordination is included.
