Choosing the right chauffeur service
Most enquiries fall into one of four shapes, and the right product depends on whether your journey has one destination or many. A point-to-point transfer — hotel to DXB, Dubai to Abu Dhabi, DIFC to a Jebel Ali site visit — is priced as a fixed fare for the route. If you need the car to wait, detour and carry you between several stops, hourly chauffeur hire is almost always cheaper than stringing transfers together, and it starts at AED 150 per hour with a three-hour minimum.
Airport transfers are handled differently from ordinary transfers because the variable is the flight, not the road. We track your inbound flight number and shift the pickup automatically when it moves, include 60 minutes of complimentary waiting time after landing at DXB, AUH, SHJ and DWC, and offer name-board meet-and-greet inside arrivals. Departures are quoted with a recommended pickup time based on terminal, day of week and current road conditions rather than a generic buffer.
Inter-emirate work is the third shape. Dubai to Abu Dhabi is around 140 km, Dubai to Ras Al Khaimah 115 km and Dubai to Fujairah 130 km — journeys where a metered taxi becomes unpredictable and a rideshare app becomes expensive. These run on fixed inter-emirate fares from AED 450, with tolls, fuel and waiting time included, and cover all seven emirates plus cross-border transfers to Muscat.
Long-term requirements are served by our monthly chauffeur programme, from AED 5,500 for a dedicated driver on a set schedule, and by corporate accounts with Net-30 invoicing, cost-centre reporting and a named account manager. Hotels, family offices, event planners and travel agencies use the same programme with volume rates. Whichever service you choose, the vehicle, the licensing and the chauffeur vetting are identical — only the pricing model changes.

Is hourly chauffeur hire cheaper than several separate transfers?
Usually, once you have three or more stops in a day, because you are not paying repositioning on each leg and the car keeps your luggage between stops.
How much waiting time is included at the airport?
Sixty minutes after landing at DXB, AUH, SHJ and DWC, measured from actual touchdown rather than scheduled arrival. Flight delays do not change your fare.
Do you cover all seven emirates?
