Booking a chauffeur in Dubai and across the UAE
Chauffeurr is the retail booking desk of Al Rwad Limousine LLC, a fully licensed Dubai limousine operator based at 305F Ibn Battuta Gate Offices. Every reservation placed here is dispatched from our own fleet of Mercedes E-Class and S-Class sedans, BMW 5 and 7 Series, Cadillac Escalade and GLS SUVs, Mercedes V-Class vans, and an Ultra Luxury tier that includes the Rolls-Royce Ghost, Phantom Series II, Cullinan Mansory and Bentley Bentayga. Cars are RTA-plated, insured for passenger transport and driven by chauffeurs who hold UAE limousine permits rather than private licences.
The form above covers the four journeys guests ask for most: an airport transfer from DXB, Al Maktoum, Sharjah or Abu Dhabi International; an hourly chauffeur held on standby for meetings, showroom viewings or a shopping afternoon; a one-way or round-trip city and intercity transfer such as Dubai to Abu Dhabi or Dubai to Hatta; and a full-day tour of the UAE with an itinerary set by you. If you already drive your own car, the Chauffeur Only option supplies the driver alone, on a daily, weekly or monthly basis.

How pricing works
The estimate shown as you fill the form is calculated from your trip type, vehicle class, distance and duration, and it already contains fuel, tolls and the chauffeur. Hourly hire starts at AED 120 per hour on an executive sedan with a three-hour minimum; airport transfers are quoted as a fixed fare between named points; full-day tours are priced on a ten-hour block. Late-night pickups between midnight and 6am, additional stops and travel outside Dubai adjust the figure, and any adjustment appears in the concierge confirmation before you commit. Corporate accounts, hotels and travel-management companies can request monthly invoicing and negotiated rates instead of per-trip payment.

- How far in advance should I book a chauffeur in Dubai?
- Same-day requests are usually accommodated within two to three hours, but we recommend booking 12 to 24 hours ahead for airport pickups, full-day tours and Ultra Luxury vehicles such as the Rolls-Royce Ghost or Bentley Bentayga, which are allocated on a first-come basis.
- Do I pay when I submit the booking?
- No. Submitting the form reserves the car only. A concierge reviews your itinerary, confirms the final all-inclusive price by WhatsApp or email, and payment is arranged afterwards by card link, bank transfer or cash to the chauffeur.
- What is included in the quoted price?
- Every quote includes the vehicle, a professional English-speaking chauffeur, fuel, Salik road tolls, parking at standard locations, complimentary bottled water and 60 minutes of free waiting time for airport arrivals (15 minutes for city pickups).
- Can I book a chauffeur without a car?
- Yes. Choose Chauffeur Only and a vetted UAE-licensed driver will operate your own vehicle — the usual choice for residents with a Rolls-Royce, G-Wagon or family SUV who need a driver for the day, the week or on a monthly retainer.
- Do you cover emirates outside Dubai?
- Yes. We operate across all seven emirates, including Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, Umm Al Quwain and Al Ain, as well as intercity transfers such as Dubai to Abu Dhabi and Dubai to Hatta.
- What happens if my flight is delayed?
- Add your flight number to the booking and we track the arrival live. The chauffeur adjusts to the new landing time at no extra charge, and waiting time beyond the free hour is billed only at the published hourly rate.
- Can I change or cancel a confirmed booking?
- Yes. Changes and cancellations made more than six hours before pickup are free of charge. Inside six hours a partial charge may apply, and our concierge will always tell you before anything is billed.
