Terms of Service

Clear, fixed terms — the same philosophy as our pricing. Everything below applies to bookings with Chauffeurr, operated by Al Rwad Limousine LLC.

1. Who these terms apply to

These Terms of Service govern every booking made through chauffeurr.ae, our WhatsApp concierge, telephone, or corporate account. Chauffeurr is a brand fully owned and operated by Al Rwad Limousine LLC, a limousine operator licensed by Dubai's Roads & Transport Authority under trade licence 578599. By confirming a booking you accept these terms.

2. Bookings and confirmation

A booking is only confirmed once you receive a written confirmation (WhatsApp or email) containing the booking reference, vehicle class, pickup time and fare. Requests submitted through the website form are treated as booking requests until confirmed by our dispatch desk. We recommend booking airport transfers at least 6 hours ahead and special-occasion vehicles 48 hours ahead.

3. Pricing and payment

All fares are quoted in UAE Dirhams (AED) and fixed at the time of confirmation — we never apply surge pricing.
Quoted fares include the chauffeur, fuel, Salik tolls, standard waiting time and VAT unless stated otherwise.
Parking fees, permits, additional stops beyond the quoted route and extended waiting time are billed at cost.
Payment is accepted by card, secure payment link, bank transfer or corporate invoice for approved accounts.

4. Waiting time

Airport arrivals: 60 minutes of free waiting from the actual landing time, with flight tracking included.
All other pickups: 15 minutes of free waiting from the scheduled pickup time.
Additional waiting is charged in 15-minute increments at the applicable hourly rate.

5. Cancellations and no-shows

Point-to-point and airport transfers: free cancellation up to 2 hours before pickup.
Hourly, full-day, tour and event bookings: free cancellation up to 12 hours before pickup.
Wedding, VIP protocol and multi-vehicle bookings: free cancellation up to 72 hours before pickup.
Late cancellations and no-shows (passenger not located within the free waiting period and unreachable) are charged at 100% of the quoted fare.

6. Vehicles and substitutions

Bookings are accepted by vehicle class, not by a specific registration. Where the assigned vehicle is unavailable due to maintenance, traffic incident or operational need, we will supply an equivalent or superior vehicle at no extra charge.

7. Passenger conduct

All Chauffeurr vehicles are strictly non-smoking, including e-cigarettes and vapes.
Passenger numbers and luggage may not exceed the licensed capacity of the vehicle.
UAE law requires a suitable child restraint for children under four years; child seats are provided free of charge on request.
Chauffeurs may end a journey where behaviour is unlawful, unsafe, or abusive; no refund is due in such cases.
Soiling or damage to the vehicle interior is chargeable at the cost of professional cleaning or repair.

8. Liability

We operate fully insured under UAE law. We are not liable for delays, missed flights or missed connections caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including traffic, weather, road closures, police action or force majeure. Our liability for any booking is limited to the value of that booking. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under UAE law.

9. Lost property

Items found in our vehicles are logged and stored securely for 30 days. Contact our 24/7 concierge with your booking reference to arrange collection or courier delivery at cost.

10. Data protection

Personal data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. Booking records are retained for the period required by UAE commercial and tax law.

11. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai, and disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dubai courts.
