The Mercedes E-Class is the default business saloon of the UAE chauffeur market, and the reason is proportion rather than prestige: it is large enough for three adults and three checked bags, small enough to work in Dubai's multi-storey hotel car parks, and quiet enough that a call taken between DIFC and DXB does not sound like it was taken in a car. On a 25-minute airport run it is the sensible choice; on a two-hour Abu Dhabi leg most guests would rather have the S-Class.

In practice we deploy it for scheduled corporate travel, DXB and DWC arrivals with normal luggage, and hourly hire in the city where the driver will be waiting kerbside between meetings. Rear passengers get three-zone climate, a panoramic roof, Burmester audio, wireless and USB-C charging, chilled water and onboard Wi-Fi as standard, plus a rear-seat privacy setting for calls.

Fares start at AED 120 for a fixed transfer and AED 150 per hour with a three-hour minimum, inclusive of fuel, Salik tolls, parking and the chauffeur. If you are travelling with more than three bags — common on inbound long-haul — the GLS or V-Class is the better fit at a modest step up.

A vehicle listing means very little unless someone is accountable for the specific car that arrives. Every car in service carries full commercial insurance and passenger cover, is detailed between assignments, and is driven by a chauffeur employed by us — not a gig driver matched by an algorithm — trained on discretion, route planning, luggage handling and NDA-bound corporate work. Replacement vehicles come from the same fleet and the same standard, so a substitution is never a downgrade in class.
