Chauffeurr (chauffeurr.ae) is a brand fully owned and operated by Al Rwad Limousine LLC, a company registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates and licensed by the Roads & Transport Authority (RTA). In this policy, "we", "us" and "our" refer to Al Rwad Limousine LLC trading as Chauffeurr.

2. Information we collect

  • Identity & contact data: name, phone number, email, WhatsApp handle.
  • Booking data: pickup & drop-off locations, flight numbers, dates, times, passenger count, vehicle preferences, and special requests.
  • Payment data: processed by our PCI-compliant payment partners. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
  • Technical data: IP address, browser type, device, and usage analytics from chauffeurr.ae.

3. How we use your information

  • To confirm, dispatch, and deliver your chauffeur bookings.
  • To communicate with you about your ride via SMS, WhatsApp, email, or phone.
  • To process payments and issue invoices.
  • To improve our service quality, fleet operations, and website experience.
  • To comply with RTA regulations and other UAE legal obligations.

4. Sharing your information

We share data only with vetted chauffeurs assigned to your ride, our payment processors, and government authorities where legally required. We never sell your personal data to third parties.

Booking records are retained for the period required by UAE commercial and tax law (typically 5 years). Marketing preferences are retained until you opt out.
