Vehicle choice in the UAE is usually decided by three things: how many passengers, how much luggage, and how long you will spend in the car. A Dubai Marina to DXB transfer with two carry-ons is a very different requirement to a family of five arriving from a long-haul flight with six checked bags, or a four-hour roadshow between DIFC, Business Bay and Jebel Ali. Our fleet is grouped so those decisions are quick rather than aspirational.

Business saloons — the Mercedes E-Class, BMW 530i, Lexus ES 300h and BYD Han — carry up to three passengers and three bags. They are the default for airport transfers, corporate travel and city work, and the hybrid and electric options are the quietest cars in the fleet. The Mercedes S-Class and BMW 7 Series sit above them for VIP arrivals, extended rear legroom and inter-emirate runs where two hours in the back seat should feel shorter than it is.

SUVs — the Mercedes GLS, Cadillac Escalade, GMC Yukon XL, Tesla Model Y, BYD Song+ and Exceed VX — take four to six guests with luggage and are the right answer for family arrivals, mountain routes such as Jebel Jais and Hatta, and any itinerary with a beach or desert stop. The Mercedes V-Class seats seven with conference-style seating available, which makes it the standard choice for delegations, crews and luggage-heavy group transfers.

Every vehicle in the fleet is under three years old, DED licensed and RTA regulated and commercially insured, detailed between jobs, and stocked with chilled water, phone charging and onboard Wi-Fi. Child and booster seats are provided free on request with 12 hours' notice. Rates shown are the fixed starting fares — there is no surge multiplier, no per-bag charge and no separate Salik line on the invoice.
