Chauffeur-only means we send a professional driver to operate the vehicle you already own. It is the right service when the car is the point — a Range Rover the family is used to, a G-Class with the child seats already fitted, a classic that nobody wants on a transporter, or a company vehicle whose insurance and branding make a substitute awkward.
The most common use is a residential one. A Dubai household with two working adults, school runs in Jumeirah or Dubai Hills, and evening commitments does not need a second car; it needs someone competent behind the wheel of the first one. A chauffeur assigned to your own vehicle removes the daily negotiation over who drives, and removes the parking problem at both ends of every journey.
The second use is temporary. A visiting executive with a leased car, a resident recovering from surgery who cannot drive for six weeks, an expiring licence awaiting renewal, or a family member who simply stopped enjoying Sheikh Zayed Road. Chauffeur-only covers those gaps by the hour, the day or the month without committing to a vehicle you do not need.
Every chauffeur holds a UAE licence with commercial endorsement, has been road-tested on both saloons and large SUVs, and is briefed on your vehicle before the first shift — mirrors, driver aids, parking sensors, fuel or charge type, tyre pressures and where the service book lives. Automatic transmissions are standard; manual and left-hand-drive-specific experience is available on request.
Insurance is the question every serious enquiry asks first, and the answer is straightforward: your vehicle stays on your policy, and the chauffeur must be a permitted driver under it. Most UAE comprehensive policies cover any licensed driver with the owner's permission, but the wording varies by insurer, so we ask you to confirm it in writing before the first shift and we hold the chauffeur's licence and endorsement copies on file for your records.
Pricing is by time, not distance, because the car is yours: hourly hire runs on a three-hour minimum, full-day cover is quoted at ten hours, and monthly placement is the cheapest per hour for households needing daily cover. Fuel, Salik, Darb and parking are billed to the vehicle owner at cost since they belong to your car, and we send a monthly statement rather than a stack of receipts. Overtime is charged in 30-minute blocks with no minimum call-out on top.
Continuity matters more here than anywhere else in our business. Because the chauffeur is inside your home routine — the school gate, the housekeeper, the building access card — we assign one named driver with a designated backup who has already shadowed the route, rather than rotating whoever is free. Replacement requests are handled without argument.
