Are Chauffeurr chauffeurs background-checked and trained for vulnerable passengers?

Yes. Every chauffeur is RTA-licensed under trade licence 578599, background-checked through the Dubai Police clearance process, and completes our internal training program covering hospitality, etiquette, language (English plus one of Arabic / Hindi / Russian / French), smooth-driving certification, child-seat installation, and elderly-passenger assistance. Chauffeurs are on permanent payroll — not rotating contractors — which is why service quality is consistent.

What child-seat options do you offer and what does it cost?

Free of charge on family bookings. We carry RTA-compliant ISOFIX infant carriers (0–13kg), forward-facing toddler seats (9–18kg) and high-back booster seats (15–36kg). On a V-Class we can install up to three seats simultaneously; on the GLS up to two; on saloons one to two. Tell us the children's ages at booking and the correct seats are installed and inspected before pickup. UAE law requires a child seat for children under 4.

How do you handle elderly parents or passengers needing assistance?

Door-to-door support: the chauffeur meets at the front door (or hotel/hospital lobby), helps with luggage, supports slow boarding with the door held open, adjusts seat position and AC to comfort, and drives with a smooth-driving profile that minimises acceleration and braking. Wheelchair-accessible V-Class on request — give us 24 hours notice for the side-access configuration. Hospital pickups (Cleveland Clinic, Mediclinic, NMC, AHDC) are a regular service.

Can I request a female chauffeur?

Yes — female chauffeurs available on request for women travelling alone, mothers with young children, female VIPs, and any client preference. Female chauffeur availability is highest with 24-hour advance notice; same-day is best-effort. Every booking returns the assigned chauffeur's name and photo before pickup, and the trip is live-shared with up to three trusted contacts of your choice.

What safety features do I get on a night ride as a solo female traveller?

Every booking surfaces preference selectors for driving style (smooth / standard), non-smoking (default — every Chauffeurr vehicle is non-smoking), fragrance-free (the chauffeur skips the cabin freshener), quiet ride (no conversation unless you initiate, no music) and AC level. Save them to your profile and they apply to every future booking.

Do you handle school runs and multiple-stop family trips?

Yes — preferred-chauffeur tagging means the same driver handles the daily school run, which is the single biggest comfort factor for kids. Multi-stop family trips (school → grandparents → grocery → home) are billed as an hourly package rather than a fixed route, with all stops, parking and waiting time included. Saloon for one child, V-Class for two or more with luggage or pram.

What about medical transport or hospital pickups?

We are not a licensed medical-transport operator, so we do not handle emergency or stretcher transport. We do handle non-emergency hospital and clinic pickups (post-procedure recovery, scheduled visits, IVF clinic runs, dental, dermatology) where the patient can sit upright with assistance. V-Class with extra leg-room is the standard recommendation; chauffeur waits at the clinic for the duration.
