What is a VIP protocol chauffeur?
A protocol-trained chauffeur is one step above an executive chauffeur — briefed on the principal's route, schedule and security posture, drilled on door timing and motorcade order, and trained to operate quietly alongside an EP team or hotel security. The vehicle is usually a blacked-out S-Class or Cadillac Escalade; for multi-vehicle moves we coordinate the lead/follow order with your team.
Do you provide armoured vehicles?
Standard Chauffeurr fleet is non-armoured executive — Mercedes S-Class, BMW 7 Series, Cadillac Escalade, Mercedes V-Class. For armoured (B6 / B7) vehicles we partner with a licensed UAE armoured operator and coordinate the booking; quotes are by request and require advance notice. The chauffeur supplied is still ours, vetted under our hiring process.
Can I get the same chauffeur for the whole visit?
Yes — and this is the standard for protocol work. One named chauffeur is assigned to the principal for the visit, briefed on hotel, venues, exits, and any preferences (no conversation, water temperature, music off, specific door side). For multi-day or multi-week programmes a primary chauffeur plus a vetted backup is the standard configuration.
Do you sign NDAs?
Yes — Chauffeurr signs mutual NDAs on request and is comfortable with client-supplied paperwork. Standard practice for protocol work also includes no name on the windscreen sign, generic plates where possible, and the chauffeur briefed not to discuss the principal with any third party including hotel staff.
Can you coordinate motorcades?
Yes. Two-car (principal + EP), three-car (lead + principal + follow) and larger configurations are quoted as packages. Chauffeurs drive in formation, route is pre-driven the day before for the primary venues, and a control number is given to the trip coordinator. For airport arrivals we coordinate inside-arrivals meet-and-greet with the vehicle staged at the official pickup lane.
Which airports do you cover?
All four — DXB (Dubai International), DWC (Al Maktoum), AUH (Abu Dhabi) and SHJ (Sharjah). Protocol pickups at DXB Terminal 1 First & Business arrivals, and the private jet terminal at DWC, are routine. Inside-arrivals meet-and-greet and porter coordination are included on every protocol job.
Can you coordinate with an embassy or government protocol office?
Yes. For diplomatic visits we liaise directly with the embassy's local protocol officer or the UAE host's protocol desk — flag etiquette on the vehicle where authorised, kerbside timing aligned to the principal's RON, and the chauffeur briefed on the official greeting party at the venue. Plate preferences and vehicle colour (black on black, no logos) are standard.
Do you provide female chauffeurs for VIP work?
Yes — a small panel of female chauffeurs is available for principals who require it, including for HNW family travel, female-only protocol details, and certain cultural contexts. Same vetting and protocol training as the rest of the team; advance notice of 48 hours is preferred to guarantee availability.
How is billing handled for confidential VIP bookings?
Pre-paid against a programme estimate, or net-30 to a corporate / family-office entity — no card terminals in the cabin, no receipt handed to the principal, no booking name shown to the chauffeur where the client requests a coded reference. Final reconciliation is delivered as a single VAT-compliant invoice to the named billing contact.
