How much luggage can I bring?
Sedans accommodate up to 3 standard suitcases, SUVs up to 6, and the Mercedes V-Class up to 7. Confirm at booking if you have oversized items.
Do you serve all Dubai terminals?
Yes — Terminals 1, 2 and 3 at Dubai International (DXB), and the passenger terminal at Al Maktoum International (DWC).
Can I book a return airport transfer?
Yes. Round-trip bookings receive a 10% discount when booked together via the website or WhatsApp.
Is there a child seat available?
