How does multi-vehicle event dispatch work?

Every event gets a dedicated event lead from our dispatch team who attends a pre-event briefing, runs the on-site operations from a control point, and coordinates pickup waves with your event manager. Vehicles stage at a holding zone, guests are released in scripted waves, and movements are logged into a single reconciliation report.

Can guests pre-book individually or does the event book centrally?

Both. The most common model is central booking — the event organiser tells us guest numbers, hotel addresses and timings; we deploy and bill the host one consolidated invoice. We also support per-guest pre-booking through a private event microsite when invitations need a 'book your ride' button.

What fleet do you have for VIP movements?

For under 10 vehicles inside Dubai, 48 hours is comfortable. For 10+ vehicles or multi-day events (F1 weekend, government summits, weddings), we recommend 14 days lead time for vehicle hold and chauffeur scheduling. Last-minute movements are dispatched when fleet availability allows.

Do you provide insurance and licensing documentation for venues?

Yes. We're a regulated limousine operator under RTA Limousine trade licence 578599, fully insured for commercial transportation, and we provide venue-required documentation (commercial insurance certificate, chauffeur permits, vehicle registration) for any Dubai venue's load-in and security check.
