How quickly can you dispatch for an in-house guest?
Inside Dubai, on-demand dispatch is typically 20–30 minutes day or night. Pre-booked airport collections lock in 24+ hours ahead with flight tracking. For events and group movements we deploy a dedicated dispatcher inside your operations team for the duration of the event.
Can guests bill the ride to the room?
Yes. The standard concierge model: your team books and Chauffeurr issues a single monthly statement, line-itemised by guest folio, with each ride mapped to a room number and date. Reconciles cleanly to your PMS (Opera, Mews, Cloudbeds and most others).
What's your fleet for VIP movements?
Mercedes E-Class, S-Class and V-Class are the everyday chauffeur trio. BMW 7 Series for clients who prefer the marque, Cadillac Escalade for VIP groups, and Tesla Model Y / BYD Han when EV is part of the brand requirement. Multi-car movements (10+ vehicles) for galas and conferences are coordinated by a dedicated event lead.
What does it take to onboard a hotel?
A 30-minute call with your concierge team, a service-standard alignment doc, a test booking, and a single MSA. We're typically dispatching for new hotel partners within 5 working days. Net-30 invoicing is the default; Net-45 available on request.
Are your chauffeurs trained for 5-star service?
Every chauffeur passes a hospitality and grooming standard before they're cleared to take hotel-tagged jobs — uniformed, English-speaking, briefed on standard hospitality protocols (door-opening, luggage, signage, name address). We can run a hotel-specific briefing module for your partnership.
