Chauffeur meeting a business class passenger inside Dubai airport arrivals
Dubai · DXB & DWC

Business-class airport chauffeur, without the fine print.

When the airline's included chauffeur-drive doesn't cover your fare, your address, your hour or your party size — a fixed fare from AED 120, flight-tracked and met inside arrivals.

4.9 · 320+ reviews·RTA Trade Licence 578599

Emirates and Etihad both bundle a chauffeur-drive transfer with most premium-cabin fares, and where the entitlement fits, it is excellent value. The gaps are specific and predictable: a Special or reward fare with no entitlement, an address beyond the covered radius, a 03:00 departure the allocated window does not suit, or a family and luggage load that will not fit one sedan.

Chauffeurr covers those gaps at a published fixed price. DXB and DWC transfers start at AED 120 in an E-Class and run through S-Class, V-Class and a 12-seat Sprinter, with fuel, Salik, parking, meet-and-greet and waiting all inside the fare. There is no night surcharge, no per-bag charge and nothing added after the trip.

Flight numbers drive the dispatch: we track actual landing times, hold the chauffeur inside arrivals with a nameboard, and give 60 minutes of free waiting from touchdown on international flights. Delays and diversions are rebooked by a 24/7 operations desk. Chauffeurr is operated by Al Rwad Limousine LLC under RTA Limousine trade licence 578599.

In detail

A chauffeur that works around your airline, not against it

Emirates and Etihad both include a complimentary chauffeur-drive transfer with most First and Business Class fares, and where it is included and it works for you, use it. It is genuinely good value. The reason travellers look for an alternative is nearly always one of four specific gaps: the entitlement does not extend to the emirate or distance they need, the booking is a cash Economy or Premium Economy fare with no entitlement at all, the pickup window does not fit a very early or very late flight, or the party is larger than one sedan.

Chauffeurr exists to fill those gaps at a fixed, published price. A DXB arrival transfer starts at AED 120 in an E-Class, AED 220 in an S-Class, AED 280 in a V-Class for a family with luggage, and AED 350 in a Sprinter for a crew or a group of twelve. Nothing is added afterwards — no Salik, no parking, no per-bag fee, no late-night surcharge. Whether your flight lands at 03:00 or 15:00, the number quoted at booking is the number you pay.

Flight tracking is the part that matters most on airline-linked work. We attach the flight number to the booking, monitor the actual landing time and move the chauffeur's arrival to match it, so a two-hour delay does not become a missed pickup or a waiting-time bill. International arrivals include 60 minutes of free wait from touchdown; domestic and regional get 30. Diverted and cancelled flights are rebooked by the operations desk, not billed as no-shows.

Meet-and-greet is inside the terminal by default at DXB Terminals 1 and 3 and at DWC, with a nameboard at the arrivals exit and help with trolleys to the car. For connecting passengers with a long layover, we run city tours and hotel day-use transfers timed backwards from your re-check-in cut-off, and we will refuse the booking if the connection is genuinely too tight rather than sell you a stressful one.

Airline crew and corporate travel desks use us for a different reason: consistency and paperwork. Named chauffeurs on repeat routes, a single monthly VAT invoice with cost-centre tagging, net-30 terms and a 24/7 operations contact rather than a driver's mobile. Airport-first reliability is the operating standard — vehicles are dispatched with buffer time built in and a backup car available in the same class.

Departures are handled with the same logic in reverse. We work back from your check-in cut-off — three hours for long-haul out of DXB, two for regional — plus real traffic on your route at that hour, and confirm the pickup time with you rather than guessing. Chauffeurr is operated by Al Rwad Limousine LLC under RTA Limousine trade licence 578599, with a fleet of black Mercedes, BMW and premium SUVs all under three years old.

How global travel programmes use us

One country, operated properly

This page covers dubai · dxb & dwc. The operating model behind it is the same everywhere we work in the Emirates, and it is the reason international travel programmes route their UAE legs to us.

Chauffeurr made a deliberate choice not to become another worldwide chauffeur directory. Depth in one market beats a thin presence in fifty, and the United Arab Emirates rewards depth: multiple emirates with different licensing regimes, airports spread across three of them, building access rules that differ tower by tower, and traffic patterns that change with the season and the working week.

Because we run our own RTA and DCT-licensed fleet with permanently employed chauffeurs, the standard does not change between a hotel guest transfer, a board-level roadshow and a monthly corporate assignment. That consistency is what makes us the UAE partner of choice for global networks, properties, travel management companies and in-house travel teams who need the local leg handled without supervision.

Practically, every booking carries the same commitments: a fixed quoted fare inclusive of tolls, parking and fuel; flight-tracked airport pickups with sixty minutes of complimentary waiting; passenger-insured vehicles; NDA-bound chauffeurs; and consolidated VAT invoicing with cost-centre tagging for corporate accounts.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Does Emirates include a chauffeur with Business Class?

Emirates includes a complimentary chauffeur-drive transfer with most First and Business Class fares, subject to fare type, route and a distance limit around each city. Etihad runs a similar programme. Where the entitlement applies and fits your plans, use it — travellers come to us when the fare type, the distance, the timing or the party size puts them outside it.

When does the airline chauffeur not cover me?

Four common cases: a Special or reward fare with no entitlement, an address outside the covered radius, a very early or very late flight that the allocated window does not suit, and a family or group too large for one sedan. In all four we quote a fixed fare instead, with no entitlement conditions attached.

What does a business-class-standard chauffeur cost in Dubai?

DXB and DWC arrival transfers are fixed from AED 120 in a Mercedes E-Class, AED 220 in an S-Class, AED 280 in a V-Class and AED 350 in a 12-seat Sprinter. The fare includes fuel, Salik, parking, meet-and-greet and waiting — no night surcharge, no per-bag fee, no post-trip additions.

How does flight tracking work?

We attach your flight number to the booking, monitor the actual landing time and move the chauffeur's arrival to match. International arrivals include 60 minutes of free waiting from touchdown, regional and domestic 30 minutes. A delayed or diverted flight is rebooked by the operations desk, never billed as a no-show.

Do you meet inside the terminal?

Yes, by default at DXB Terminals 1 and 3 and at DWC — a chauffeur with a nameboard at the arrivals exit, help with trolleys and a walk to the car. Kerbside pickup is available instead if you prefer to move quickly with hand luggage only.

Can you handle a long layover in Dubai?

Yes. Layover city tours and hotel day-use transfers are timed backwards from your re-check-in cut-off with a buffer for immigration and security. If a connection is genuinely too tight to leave the airport, we will say so rather than sell you a stressful booking.

Do you work with airline crew and corporate travel desks?

Yes. Crew and corporate accounts get named chauffeurs on repeat routes, a single monthly VAT invoice with cost-centre tagging, net-30 terms and a 24/7 operations contact instead of a driver's mobile number. Sprinter and V-Class vehicles cover full crew movements.

What time should I be collected for a departure?

We work back from your check-in cut-off — three hours for long-haul out of DXB, two hours for regional — and add real traffic for your route at that hour, then confirm the pickup time with you. For DWC we usually add fifteen minutes over the equivalent DXB timing.

Land, walk out, and go.
