Where do you pick up in DIFC?
Any tower kerbside — Gate Building, ICD Brookfield Place, Index Tower, Burj Daman, Currency House, Gate District, Gate Village 1–11, Park Towers. We know the security barriers and the right kerb for each tower so the chauffeur is at the door, not three minutes away.
Do you handle DIFC court / client lunch trips?
Yes — short-hop kerb-to-kerb (DIFC ↔ Downtown, Business Bay, City Walk, Burj Al Arab) and hourly bookings for client lunches, meetings across town, and end-of-day home runs. Hourly is the better economics from 2 hours up.
Can I set up a corporate account?
Yes — net-30 invoicing, multiple users under one PO, monthly VAT-compliant invoice with cost-centre tagging. Onboarding takes one day; we already work with several DIFC-licensed firms in legal, asset management and family office.
Airport pickup from DIFC?
DXB → DIFC fixed at AED 150 (E-Class) / AED 220 (S-Class) with meet-and-greet. DWC → DIFC AED 250 / AED 350. Fixed fares, no surge, Salik tolls included.
Same chauffeur for repeat bookings?
Yes — once you have a corporate account we tag a preferred chauffeur on your profile so repeat bookings hit the same driver where availability allows. Standard for partners and MDs who want consistency.
Can you do early morning and late night?
Yes — 24/7. Pre-7 AM market open trips and post-9 PM client dinners are routine. Dispatch is staffed continuously; no surcharge for early or late.
What's the fastest chauffeur route from DIFC to DXB at rush hour?
At 5–7 PM we route DIFC → Financial Centre Road → Al Khail Road → Airport Road rather than Sheikh Zayed, which shaves 8–15 min off the door-to-terminal time. Chauffeurs check Google traffic and the RTA feed live before pulling away from your tower kerbside; we don't sit in SZR if Al Khail is moving.
Can a chauffeur wait while I'm in a DIFC client meeting?
Yes — book hourly and the chauffeur stays kerbside or in the nearest waiting bay (Gate Avenue P3, ICD Brookfield basement, or DIFC public parking) for the duration. You message dispatch when you're 5 min from coming down and the car is at the door. Hourly is the right call for any block of 90 min or more.
How do you handle DIFC valet and parking restrictions?
Chauffeurs use the tower's drop-off kerb and waiting bay rather than valet — faster turnaround and no valet ticket to coordinate. For Gate Building and Gate Village we know which security loop accepts chauffeur vehicles; for ICD Brookfield we use the porte cochère on Al Sukook Road; for Index Tower the south kerb. No parking fees passed to the client.
