Careem drivers are independent rideshare contractors. Chauffeurr chauffeurs are a small permanent panel with our own training (route knowledge, etiquette, dress code, discretion). On corporate accounts we tag a preferred chauffeur so repeat bookings hit the same driver.
Careem will pick you up curbside at the official rank with a standard car. Chauffeurr provides inside-arrivals meet-and-greet at DXB / DWC / AUH / SHJ with a nameboard, porter assistance, and a chauffeur waiting before you exit customs. Different product.
Careem Executive will be cheaper on short ad-hoc trips. Chauffeurr's economics catch up on hourly (from 2 hours), full-day, and any booking with airport meet-and-greet — and the price is fixed and known in advance with no surge multiplier.
