Al Barsha's defining feature is its position rather than its skyline. It straddles the Mall of the Emirates interchange, which is the single busiest merge point on Sheikh Zayed Road and the reason journey times across the western half of Dubai swing so widely between morning and evening. Living or staying here means you are close to everything and, at the wrong hour, slow to reach any of it. Good routing is worth more in Al Barsha than an expensive car is.
